what I'd like to know is why these guys did not snag more funding when this thing shot up over 3 bucks, heck they presumably knew the timelines of the coming project financing requirements, leads me to believe that there was a deal in the works back then that got delayed for whatever reason, and they were holding out for even higher pps back then to add additional capital
