If you get your shares for free, you can only get 100% of what you sell them for.

If you loan a company $100k, and agree to $150,000 worth of stock based on a price of .001 that equals 150 million shares. You sell it for .0004 or even .0003 on the open market, then if you do the math.....this equals 200 percent profit?
