Only if you believe in fairy tails. The SEC has proven that there is NO short happening with pyct. Since there are NO FTDs being registered with pyct there can be NO shorting. But if the SEC is in on this ...then maybe they could be hiding the FTDs and if that is the case...then pyct will never see a .0002 close.....this scam is owned.
