This seems like a fairly good bet. Wanx valued the company at ~580 million (offer of 465M for 80%). With the DIP, debt at auction will be around 400M. 180M/340M = .53. With multiple bidders, the price is likely to exceed 580M so it looks good for 0.53 or higher imo.
