my consensus is 'audience members will be too busy to watch the movie? and aren't audiences asked to turn off their phones during the viewing? and what about all those "bright lights" lighting up the theater? I thought that was something you did at the end of a show for an encore....fact is I know several movie producers who have similar software under consideration / with the same questions...maybe as home viewing theater systems become affordable for every American and theaters go the way of the dinosaur "drive-ins", we'll see a logical use as dvd's did with bonus features...imo

The Side Flick application is designed to allow audience members to connect with additional scenes, characters, information and games, during the running of film and e-commerce features when it's over. We expect to be able to beta-test Side Flick with live audiences in association with a major exhibition chain in the first half of 2013.
