Liquidmetal Size Constraints


Hey Sandy, there were accounts of 6x6, 6x7, 7x7, 7x8 & 8x8 reported here previously, from memory I believe the thickness can be 1mm but am open for correction on this.

In the form of a "ribbon" which is how Liquidmetal was first able to be made, it can be as long as they want but at that time the thickness was very very thin, something like 1,000th of a millimeter but that was a long time ago.

I notice that a lot of the most knowledgeable posters are no longer posting frequently here, but if one of you guys are reading this and would clarify the size currently able to be made it would help our cause and the clarification will be appreciated.
