Well I think the appropriate question here is will they announce a merger? The answer is probably yes, but why this question? Because its very different from having the truth (from knowing if the merger is real). We are talking about a company that has been announcing a press release for over three months now, since August, and nothing but noise and unfulfilled expectation after another has come out. So there is nothing to trust, not even the info about the ceo imo, which would be the biggest asset. The company has no money, no income, no business, so they cant borrow from any decent bank at a decent rate. In any case the question should also be who is going to make the "audit"? Tons of frauds have happened from merger scams, what makes you think this is not another one? There is no evidence of otherwise.
