A Question About The "Float"


Last time LQMT management "requested" the authorization of 100,000,000 shares under the guise of avoiding a hostile takeover a few months ago and then "trump" voted and self-approved them we increased the float but only when the shares were issued, not authorized.

Won't we simply run out of shares if we issue those and then need another vote to authorize more?

My confusion is if we pay with shares, how do we know how many authorized shares are still available to issue.
