Dean Philpot, as far as I know, is not connected with IDGlobal at this time

I pay closer attention to what you write because you have been in this stock for over 3 years and have allegedly spoken to Dean Philpot in the past.

Since Dean Philpot's name shows up on the reinstatement filing for the IDGlobal Corp entity, Dean Philpot has to be involved in IDGlobal still. Unless of course the NV SOS reinstatement filing was not done by Dean Philpot, but was done by somebody fraudulently using Dean Philpot's name instead.


That would explain why there has been no news or filings done yet by the shell to announce the entity becoming active again.



After doing some research on Dean Philpot I tend to agree that Dean Philpot may not be involved with this shell any more. I found his email address and am waiting for a reply from him one way or another.

On old IDGlobal press releases Dean Philpot listed his contact information as [e-mail]

Just 5 hours ago a somebody named Dean Philpot uploaded the following video on youtube to a youtube account that uses [e-mail] as its contact information

If you listen to Dean Philpot in that video he sounds like he has been beaten up and beaten down by past business ventures and has given up on business in general.

His youtube videos are all doom and gloom talking about stocking up on food and water to prepare for a forthcoming economic disaster.

He is apparently now involved with some religious group that is Anti-Government.

He does not sound like a man that just 5 days ago decided to go back into doing business again by reinstating an old failed business venture.



The Accellent rumors have already been proven to be false... nothing more than misleading propaganda to manipulate a stock price.


I'm working on getting confirmation from Accellent and Mr. Philpot about what is really going on or not going on with IDGC and I expect that IDGC might end up turning into something even uglier than just a stock pumped on misleading/false information.
