I disagree. A shareholder update press release would be perfect for right now as it would give the shareholders some clarification as to what management has been doing to secure funding and permits. Obviously they cannot provide specifics but Herbert needs to reestablish credibility with his shareholders and that is what an update PR could accomplish.

I still believe the company is close to obtaining the funding and permits. 'Close' is NOT what we all want to hear... but confirmation from the CEO that they are diligently working on the completion of funding would give this stock and its price a boost, imo.

I am still asking any of you that are willing to take the time to email Herbert to please do so now and as ofter as you can. If I did not believe it was important, I would not ask.
