The angels or the devils will be in the details as far as the next 10-Q goes IMO. I expect lower revenue because the last one had the $200K Space Florida grant inflating it. But if BiB is fast-tracking there would be some spiral funding in this one IMO. If it is proceeding at a normal pace, then refinement funding would show up in February, or, if sequestration has an impact, May. Yuck--that would be like waiting forever.
