Asher Enterprise is a notorious PUMP AND DUMPER, anyone with the internet and google just put them in and add pump or dump and look at all the companies they have been sued , investigated for or otherwise for doing it.

This deal shows how desperate Kay has become. If he had this big 10 million dollar equity line still through the ridges he would not be going into bed commando with even worse people like Asher Enterprises.

Those of you who say go ECDC had better be flipping and getting the hell out or you are about to be buried under the dump of a lifetime before this deal is said and done IMO
