I just have to believe that LQMT has something in the hopper, it just doesn't make sense to let a technology as awesome as Liquidmetal go unused.

LQMT Management... I just don't get it but how long can they keep doing what they're doing?

I know they're still getting paid and issuing themselves bonuses for nothing but with the stock going down, so does their individual stakes in LQMT.

At some point their shares are also worthless.

The "dilution" clases/protections are something I can't wrap my head around, just don't understand how everyone's shares aren't valued at the current share price but apparantly there is a way to structure it that way.
