The PLUS 100 indicator is a short term indicator.
The PLUS 100 indicator takes into account what "elements"
think about the future, but "CURRENT" positions are much more
important.
Why ?
Because that's where their money is now !
And money talks. IMHO.

Also when one starts talking about the future, then is it
two weeks, two months, two days, etc.
