For fear of starting another debate I'll repeat: Reverse Splits DO NOT WORK.
I recently seen a very stable company that did a 1 for 10 R/S, from $0.38 to $3.80 only 7 days ago and the stock is trading at $2.80 today.
Virtra is fooling themselves if they think a R/S is going to stick around above $4 for the exchange conversion. Its probably why they wanted to do a 1 for 100, because the stock will drop 30-40% before the ink on exchange paperwork is even dry.
