Really?

I do not want the company I am invested in having to answer to a minority shareholder who expects responses based on his posts on a "chat board".

the BOD presented their mandate and are acting on it.

I have yet to witness a public company running a 24/7 news outlet for their investors so that they can have a warm and fuzzy .. Doesn't happen!
