This was a private deal between a mystery financier and KATX referring to the financing of KATX. There was a penalty clause in it involving BVIG shares -- so BVIG HAD TO ANNOUNCE IT IN THE S - 1. Triple Duhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ken has people so confused he can scam at will. And you are also going to find that he filed an Intent to SELL BVIG.
