You could not be more wrong!! Or misleading!!

Did KATX file the S-1 with the SEC? - NO - BVIG did!

Is the S-1 found under KATX or BVIG at the SEC site? - BVIG!

Has KATX filed multiple revisions to appease the SEC? - No BVIG has!

Has KATX had control of BVIG filings? NO they are different/sister companies!

Are the shares of BVIG given to KATX as payment for something? - YES Absolutely payment for claims/ properties.

Is a great portion of that payment to be distributed to KATX shareHolders? YES Again absolutely!!

So KATX didn't file the S-1, didn't file the revisions, has NO control of the filings, the shares of BVIG it has are a payment an exchange for properties.
Yet you think/feel/assume that KATX will be penalized for the actions of BVIG. That makes little to NO sense at all. BVIG will bear the cost what ever that will be.

It is obvious to me Ken left room in the AS and OS of BVIG to bear this cost/penalty in case the Government Authorities dragged their feet. The job of the CEO is to plan for issues that may happen and to adjust plans as needed. Ken has done exactly that!

The S-1 will soon be approved, if more questions/changes were needed they would have already happened. The Dec 21, 2011 qualifying date will stand - even though traders cried foil. Market makers holding open positions/IOU positions will - are responsible to deliver BVIG shares. Even KATX's main market maker Knight (who is under investigation for suspicious trading practices) will be forced to deliver especially NOW!!!

All is looking better on the KATX/BVIG fronts - I expect upward movements very soon!!
