3Q Earnings Release Update

I spoke with Stuart today and he said because MJNA is not fully reporting we may not have earnings next week. However MJNA has been pretty good about getting the report out on that schedule.

I wanted to set expectations for everyone in the MJNA Fam that we MAY NOT have earnings next week. Nothing has been confirmed by the company.

Stuart did say the report WOULD NOT be audited.


Just a heads up. Wish I had more details and I'm working on getting them, but that's where we are at.


Stuart's response:

I will have to find out about the financials, but keep in the mind the company is not fully reporting. So they are not required to issue the financials by the 15th. With that said the last quarter did come out 45 days after the quarter end.

I am sorry that I cannot be more helpful, but we have to adhere to all compliance rules when speaking with interested parties. The best advice is to keep a close eye on news wire.
