450,The kids and people in their 20's have got to look to the past and take older peoples advice.I am only 40 and everyday I see a elder I try to make conversation and learn.Their knowledge is priceless.The kids in their 20's do not have the respect from what I see and think they know everything.I have about 20 employees age 18-28 so I see it.When I was in my 20's out of everyone I new the two people I looked up to were both in their 70's.Both have passed since,but I live by a lot of their teachings.Unfortunately in todays society you have to do many things that challenge people consistently to stay ahead of the masses.I figure thats ok because I know where I came from and I wont let the youngsters pass me by.I can run circles around the younger folks because of knowledge.They want it handed to them without the HARD work it takes.I am not taking anything away from younger people and give much credit to the ones that are working hard.Just don't see it overall.LMAO Bob
