Maybe the SEC is just too busy with setting up the crowdfunding rules to worry about this pinky market that will look like childs play compared to the new crowdfunding ruling. Good grief and Holy Moley! LOL

The OTC market is full of hustlers and shysters. Most investors/traders lose their butts in this swamp.
