The reverse split is not a dilution the bottom line is we get 47% of the outstanding shares regardless if the outstanding shares are 1 million or 1 billion. True you get less shares but of a more valuable company.

But what is not being taken into account is that we instantly pick up manufacturing capabilities and a solid workforce made up of many former Solvay employees. How much dilution, not to mention time would have been required to accomplish this if Biosante had gone it alone. They have not only undervalued Biosante, Ani has been purposely undervalued as well.
