Let's see, so now you are saying that SCCO lied in their SEC filings - that is a pretty serious statement.

Next week will come and go and there will be no SCCO buyout.

The rumor was started on the Sierra blog - there has been zero verification that SCCO is interested in SRGE other than Sierra and the posters on this board.

I called Southern Copper at the Phoenix office and spoke to investors relations - They stated emphatically that the rumors were baseless. Nodummy received a email stating the rumors are baseless.

There is no SCCO buyout. First SCCO would go after a company with a track record that isn't so shady.
