I understand you meant the BOD - Board of Directors to oust L Kelly as CEO - kind of hard when he is the Chairman and the appointed directors are his friends as well. Who are the directors? Directors in large companies are independent but in extremely small companies like this not the case IMO.

The board I referred was "this board" which has repeatedly praised and commended L Kelly for his communicative abilities. The problem is his words have rarely come true. And he has gone underground based on lack of execution IMHO
