Oldest trick in the book huh? I am not aware of this trick. So you throw 40 grand on the bid hoping nobody sells you the shares? That sounds like a pretty risky move for a penny stock let alone a triple zero play like this.

My take on this massive bid is A: somebody knows something or B: somebody has to much money.
