Big Pharma stocks: I found over the years that I can't,nor do I know anyone who beats the performance of Vanguards Specialized Health Care Fund. The manager is awesome, the entry minimums are high and a penalty is added if you sell before 5 years. Check out his LONG term record. One of the top funds around.
