How about,

It reminds me of PAIM/ZNXT. Pearlasia declared and actually paid a cash dividend of $0.00001.

This is from Janice Shell when discussing penny company scam dividends.

The dividend is proof that SRGE is doing this to dupe the inestors out of more money.
