Yes a Russian contractor & LockMart were awarded the development funds. Hasn't LockMart gotten enough FedFunds for the promise of an LTA? L@@ks like Ohio Airships & others are on hold if they were planning on any government funds.

Interesting that both companies also have HAA plans. Aeros is the ship builder for the South Koreans.
