SRGE hasn't filed anything since 2008. They have a long way to go before being current with the SEC.

U.S. Securities and Exchange Act Rule 17a-5 requires that FINRA member firms file an Annual Audited Report not more than 60 calendar days after the date selected for their fiscal year end.

Isn't the 60 days closing in on SRGE - since their fiscal year ended on 08/31/2012 by my calculations they are already in violation. Some things never change.

SRGE won't file any audited financials and there will be no uplisting.

What SRGE filed was nothing more than a copy and paste version of their press releases. And the press releases will be their downfall with the SEC.
