I feel R/S is inevitable. Although so many cool aiders will say Serge said NO R/S, Serge did not follow many things that he publicly said. Such as Otc listing by March 2012, we have many contracts in works, we all be rich so on....and reality is exactly opposite.
The same may be true in case of R/S.
