I suppose this was a real case of the punishment fitting the crime. Very creative idea; I wonder who came up with it. Sharp didn't suggest it in his complaint.

I don't think you were posting here back in August and September 2011, when Abuse of Law wrote a couple of glowing pieces about Crowne Ventures (CRWV) simply because it had been criticized by PumpsandDumps.com, which AoL was convinced was run by Sharp.

Along the way, AoL had some nasty things to say about me, no dummy, and others. Osborn grandly promised a further "investigation", and an interview with the CEO of CRWV. Neither ever materialized, as the CEO was disinclined to communicate with him.

Thereafter, he dedicated the site to reprints of SEC enforcement actions and additional obsessive attacks on Sharp.
