In quite a few postings there are statements that Chinese money is financing the opposition to LAMP. Whilst absolutely plausible and unsurprising, is there actually any evidence for these claims or is it all just supposition?
If there were documented evidence of a Chinese hand pulling the strings, I would have thought that Lynas might have put that information into the public domain, at the very least to discredit the protestors as being stooges to a foreign power which is damaging Malaysia's economic interests.
