If one reflects back on the spate of firings in the sales department and the ensuing rants regarding new sales compensation packages, one might understand why sales have been lackluster. When a sales staff, who's background is in dental equipment sales, brings in a base salary of 100k each one can see where there is little incentive to actually sell. A small 200k sale on occasion does little to cover the salaries of 40+ employees.

The BOD is comprised of two of BF's personal friends and of course BF. One member has zero real interest or investment in VirTra. He is there simply to override any counter vote by Matt Burland. BF has VirTra locked up.
