What will everyone do if the verdict comes back in favor of Vringo, but it's only what the jury is giving for the 1 year, 2011-2012, let's say $100MM, and the judge holds off on what he will give for future damages, what will the market do? Obviously the judge is known for making bad calls, no telling what he does for future compensation. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out. Obviously if the judge comes back with $100MM per year for the next 4 years too, then it runs big, but now after that last call, who knows what the judge will do.
