If the verdict is positive for VRNG and the damages are 100 million for one year... The judge most likely will go with the same rate. If they get that verdict... I will stay... the PPS should double at at least. 600 million in total damages (past and future) would be 6 PPS. With earnings multiple.

I'll hold because they will get a running royalty rate guaranteed. They will not win a patent infringement case and not get compensation for the continued use of that same patent. It may be less than 3.5% (or it could be equal to or greater than 3.5%, who knows), but it will be sending a message to all other companies that: (1) Vringo is not scared to attack big fish; and (2) they are SUCCESSFUL when they do it. I would be surprised if the stock tanked because they only got $100MM upfront cash and were soon to receive a % of google's revenue as it pertains to its business which is now legally infringing on Vringo's patent. But maybe I'm way off base.
