wonder how long barrick can continue to claim their position on pascua that is on their website that they own it and still, Canadian Regulators do not ask their friends to produce title.
I would bet that barrick is and has been lying, their friends at OSC and BCSC are in with the fraud as well, Peter Munk handing out billions to his friends in government and regulators to keep their hands at barrick out of the fire.
Every time MSX and many others probably who put in complaints regarding barrick and fraud at pascua probably get the same response from the crooked friends of barrick
We have had alot of complaints on this file, however, there is not enough evidence to move forward, the same crooked people then get a ring from barrick to politely ask them to do their job against the little guy, in this case MSX was the little guy, to retract all pr's for about a year.
What a joke, I hope that not only barrick executives go to jail for frauding the world on pascua, but they throw in the crooked regulatore right in beside them
