Will we EVER KNOW! ! ! As it is the policy for IDCC to hide its licensing terms from the public !

OR, will IDCC break with its tradition of silence and finally give complete disclosure?

IMO, if the rate it good, it would behoove them to spell it out! Set the precedent for the infringers and others who are not licensed! Make them all pay dearly!
