I wasn't referring to the storm and you know that, my point was the company will now linger on the "storm excuse" to keep delaying the filings.... never mind, once those "exhuberant filings" are done, how is this DeCicco going to get the funds to make this operative, nothing has been mentioned anywhere, one thing for sure, those filings wouldn't help... take a deep look at the 2010 10K filed... unless the so called "amendments" change it 180 degrees, the picture is not looking good.

Some jerks would say, forget about the past, let's look forward.. yes, Madoff tried it but it didn't work..
