The Director of Investor Relations is accountable for managing and executing investor relations functions in a global environment and assisting with treasury functions. The investor relations component includes creating a consistently applied investment message for the investment community on behalf of the company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance. The primary treasury focus includes capital structure and financing activities.

I am still not convinced that a high powered clerk could not do this for IDCC!!!
