Well, using funds to buy shares will show an interest that they want to move the stock. Imagine if they buy 1 billion shares and allow the stock to move to .005 imagine the profitability. You never know and as long as this stock moves up I do not care what they are doing. Yes its been 2 years but most penny stocks take that long or never move forward. Its a risk we all take for the alluring profits pennies give.
