People should really do their DD before investing especially in such volatile companies as penny stocks. This information has been readily available but I understand many people didn't see it or didn't understand it but it has been available all along so shame on investors that didn't do their dd and wouldn't have invested if they had, I was well aware of this when I began my position here.

That same document announces Dustin as CEO. He hasn't done anything else like this and yes I see where people are uneasy about the creation of preferreds through a dividend with no benefit being provided to the company in exchange for this liability.
