Yes, I agree with you. But being that they have admitted in court tht they dont own Mina Pascua, it is going to be very difficult for them to go back on that statement. I wonder if they will say that another Barrick subsiduary owns mina pascua and keep delaying it. I do believe the longer it stay in the court the longer they have before they will need to come clean. It is going to get very interesting once it gets back in court. this could get very interesting and exciting. It has been a long wait
