I see it much differently!

I see a company that has secured a $3mil Credit Facilty.

I see a company that used a small portion of that credit to make an all Cash purchase of the DEBT of the EQUITY OWNER and got the company Master Lease for FREE.

I see a company that now has $5mil in Assets with approximately 250 over-the-road trucks & trailers.

I see a company that is in a great position to not only increase the existing cash flow of M/L but also grow the shareholder value in Energy-1.

I see a company with a transparent and shareholder friendly CEO that is building shareholder value.

I see a company with a lot of upside potential.
