I don't think they ever actually specified it in the first place, at least not officially. It was more a subliminal message in the company name change.

I am assuming that the reverse merger with Daqing Moringa will not get completed. I am not 100% certain of that, but until the company puts out some information that states otherwise I am working under the assumption that CDBH is still a shell and looking for another RM target.

They only stated that they were seeking a candidate. Housefly seemed the logical choice. I suppose that would explain the absence of trading by Ming. They need his share to maintain control and fullfill the obligations to Meuse.

Maybe Meuse will get involved again? I hear Latin America is a hot market.
