...if the deal is real, and they publicly have stated so many times both on FB and via phone calls and emails: then I could wait another month or even longer ... thats how much I like Challenger Brands.

What I think some of you guys should be aware of is that the complaining on FB page might help -- or might even hurt......as you could be pissing some hard working people off who are about to make you some money lol...

These things take time especially when its a good company to merge with. I have recently been in a Trip Z stock that had announced a possible RM with Ionlite...then out of the blue finished the deal and RM already a couple weeks later. Though there are not filings on it, and in the PR that announced it there were no details provided about how they actually paid or how many shares issued. The stock has actually gone down since then...

SO I will wait for all parties/'authorities' to properly sign off and recheck everything, as the SEC is cracking down this year on Penny's....and all the CEO's know this now and I think are being more cautious and thorough then ever.....: so be it.
