Of course Merger is in play ...

As far as S-8 of 150 million shares, it was filed on 08/11 That was over 1 year ago. I believe that was for the business that they were to acquire but it didn't take place.

But that was OVER a year ago. So it is not irrelevant anymore.

They did increase the O/S from 118 to 208 though after acquire C&S. But those shares were increased last in July and it was over and done with, hint shares in the reserve. They didn't even use all shares in the original reserve of 98 million. Well, they did but they reduced it by 8 million. So the net used/increased was 90 million. It makes you wonder why they use less than what they put on the reserve, doesn't it?

Fro the limited data points I had, 98 million got added but then they started reducing the 8 millions. First data point was 7.9 million then 100K. But that doesn't mean that they didn't do for example 3 million, 2 million, 2.9 million to add up to 7.9 million. But I like it that the shares o/s got reduced.
