Dear Mr. Ellis-El, and Ms. Clem,

Investigator
Market Regulation
FINRA
9509 Key West Avenue
Rockville, MD 20850

Good morning.

I was personally directed to you by one of our shareholders that believes a trader (or group of traders) are manipulating our stock in an illegal short scheme possibly through a choreographed group effort.

Please see at the attached screen shots for the company ANDI (Andiamo Corp) as evidence of the following questionable activity that happened Friday, October 12, 2012.

Please note that what I am about to describe happens constantly and continuously with ANDI, although below I am presenting just two instances.

On the screen shot 1, October 12, 2012 at 3:51 notice the sell order for 3,800,000 shares. At the time of the sell order. there was no buyer or seller for that amount of shares.

The shares just suddenly appeared as sold to 'someone',

On screen shot 2, October 12, 2012 at 3:56 those exact amount of shares suddenly appeared on the ASK

We see this activity once or twice a week with ANDI. The last time was either October 5th I believe (maybe the 4th) where about 4.6 million shares appeared as sold and then bought at .0025. There was little volume that day of this trade I am describing so it would be easy to verify.

It seems that this type of share exchange is taking place both to prevent ANDI from going up and to artificially manipulate the price down.

Beyond this, there appears to be a negative campaign for ANDI on the IHUB chat board that has been going on by the same group of posters for quite some time, which could potentially be linked to the above referenced abuse.

On behalf of our shareholders, could you please launch an investigation into this alleged abuse?

Please contact me if there are any questions I may further help to answer.

Respectfully,

Dustin Secor
