OK, I can see your points, but if this merger is the only, good way out for BPAX how come PPS is down 30% since the announcement?
I posted earlier that I do not understand this deal, it simply doesn't make sense. Just wondering what's your take on the deal?
I know CEO said to look for more details in next SEC filing.
Maybe we simply need to wait for it.
Unfortunately management credibility has worn down long time ago.
