it was a buy order for 1,000,000 shares @.071 but only 12,000 was filled out of the order for 1,000,000 shares. To be it does mean something (barring it was not a typo) it means someone was willing to buy 1,000,000 shares if people were selling at .071 which we haven't seen that much activity to buy in a looooog time.
