Do you mean someone put in an order to sell at that price or that the actual bid on the stock was there? Either way it means nothing. I could put in a sell order at $5 but it doesn't mean I'll sell at that price. The other scenario is probably a typo that happens all the time. It's at 007 and been there for a while.
